Using Insurance for Payment
If you would like to be reimbursed by your insurance provider you may have an out of network benefit. Please check with your insurance carrier to determine what your benefit is regarding use of an out-of-network provider. I will be happy to supply you with a monthly invoice and all pertinent information the insurance company requires to reimburse you.
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Cash or check
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.

I am often not immediately available by telephone. When I am unavailable, my telephone is answered by voice mail that I monitor frequently. I will make every effort to return your call on the same day you make it, with the exception of weekends and holidays. If you are difficult to reach, please inform me of some times when you will be available. If you are unable to reach me and feel that you can't wait for me to return your call, contact the nearest emergency room, or the police (911). If I will be unavailable for an extended time, I will provide you with the name of a colleague to contact, if necessary.
Please be aware that communication via email and text messaging is not confidential. Therefore, it is best to convey confidential information to me either in person or by phone. Text messaging and email can be used for scheduling purposes only.
