A Group in Support of Families
Do you feel alone? At your wits end not knowing what to do? Worried? Overwhelmed? Frustrated? Resentful? Guilty?
These are all common response to addressing your parents' aging process and needs. It can be difficult to find people with whom you can openly share your experience while dealing wtih this particularly challenging phase of life.
It can indeed be quite challenging and complex. You might be struggling with limited resources as an only child, conflict with your adult sibling(s), and/or difficult parent-child dynamics, just to name a few among a myriad of issues.
Where can you turn to for support, to gain your own bearings, for the sake of your parent(s) and health of your family?
Join me and like-minded individuals for a monthly two hour conversation and simple meal to share nurturing food, community resources, thoughts and feelings in a non-judgemental confidential setting.
